Furry Friends


A house is not a home without a cat or two around.
They make their presence felt
with that gentle purring sound
They're soft and sweet and cuddly
There's no greater joy for me
Than sitting in my old armchair
with a cat upon my knee.

Look deep into your cats eyes
and see the love that's there
He will know what's in your heart
so let him know you care

He can see into your soul
He will know whats on your mind
If you let him share your life -
no better friend you'll find.

So find yourself a furry friend -
or preferably two
They'll be there to keep you company
and mean the world to you
Your home will be a place
Where peace and love abound
For a house is not a home
