Well they say that we are different
Believe us that's not true
I like my furry buddy
Because he loves me too

We think alike together
We just want peace to share
I hope you understand this
I know you see we care

I'm automatically attracted
To those with hearts so pure
We surely are not different
Of this you can be sure

We'll always be together
Cos that's what friends are for
No matter what the difference
Each day we love some more

We know it's unexpected
But believe us cos it's true
Our friendship will be growing
No matter what we do

So really understand this
And know that we are blest
One mouse and kitty happy
Isn't life the "best."
