I AM A LITTLE KITTY

I am a little kitty
As pretty as can be
I come in from the snowfall
To warm my feet by thee

When I am warm and cuddly
I'll jump into your lap
I'll purr and sing for you a song
Before I take a nap

I am the winter's blue's cat
I'll be your friend and guide
For when you patter 'round the house
I'll be right by your side

I'll look at you with tenderness
I'll not criticize or complain
You can stroke my fur and silently
I'll cry with you my friend

When all of world seems lonely
And it seems your friends have gone
I'll come in from the cold and snow
And warm your heart and home

I need no extra care from you
Just a warm soft lap will do
And I will give you all my love
I am just a kitty...and I love you
